Shipping and Returns
Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations.
Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact the Deena Team and we will be happy to offer a replacement item. In certain cases a discount may be offered against your next purchase, which will be credited to your Deena account balance. Please contact email@example.com with any complaints or queries about the products delivered and we will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund.
Delivery Policy: Orders for delivery must be over AED 100. Delivery times are 8am – 6pm. The day of delivery will be confirmed when your order is placed. If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order or if the money has not been paid to Deena in advance.
